As your coach, I will motivate and inspire you to make the seemingly impossible achievable, helping you to realise aspirations with a bespoke approach. This goes much deeper than achieving goals or targets but dig deeper into what is stopping you reach your potential and by gently challenging you to think curiously, developing your self-awareness and by overcoming your doubts and insecurities.
As a practicing coach for 4+ years, I have successfully built a portfolio career since undertaking the Executive MBA at Bayes, formerly Cass Business School in 2015 and co-creating Braegen with Charlotte since 2017. I am also an external & internal communications consultant and a community engagement specialist working with many brands over the last 20 years. Organisational change and development are a recent addition to my skillset and I have experience of working and consulting with large, medium and small organisations.
With a less traditional background than HR or Psychotherapy, I bring a fresh perspective to coaching, one that is grounded in the power of mindset growth and narratives we weave about ourselves which either gives us motivation and drive or deplete our Get-Go mentality.
As a Public Relations’ expert, I know what it takes to tell a good story with solid experience in preparing senior managers, CEOs and senior executives for their keynote speeches, presentations and media interviews. As a coach, I have a passion for problem solving and helping others. As an academic undertaking a part-time PhD about individual resilience to bring about organisational change, I have the science and philosophy to support my approach.
On a personal note, growing up in London to immigrant parents and step-parents as well as living in several countries gave me blend of experiences to develop a sensitive antenna for different cultural perspectives, and have a deep curiosity and understanding about people and what makes them tick.
I trained with the Coaching Academy and am certified by the International Coaching Federation with further training on narrative coaching from the Moment Institute. I also specialise in ADD and ADHD coaching.
