Leadership, Career and Transition Coaching with Mary.
As someone who speaks 3 languages and has lived and worked in several different cultures, I have always been fascinated by how we communicate and the impact good communications can have on professional and personal relationships.
My coaching practice is founded on the principles of positive communication and informed by my decades of professional expertise as a senior leader responsible for communications, public relations and marketing. This includes working with CEOs, Executive Leadership Teams and Boards, supporting them to facilitate and adapt to change. Through coaching techniques, I help my clients to reflect on options and consider alternative possibilities.
The benefit of a coaching approach to leadership and career development is well documented and my work with individuals is centred on supporting those who want to facilitate change and do things differently. This may be someone in the early stages of their career or a senior leader seeking a change of direction or transitioning to a different work/life balance. My assignments with organisations are focused on strategy development, culture change and strategic transformation programmes.
By being person centred, I listen to my clients set out where they want to go and pose searching questions to enable them to explore motivations, options and alternatives, as well as reflect on outcomes.
Your coaching journey with me is about listening, encouraging and reflecting. It is also about creating an environment where ongoing feedback is given and received in a spirit of self-improvement and supportive change.
I am a Member of the Association for Coaching and have a Coaching Professional Level 5 qualification certified by The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education.
